Below is a list of ingredients used in Clari's creations. This list is not exhaustive and is intended for informational purposes only. If you have food allergies, it is our recommendation that you not contract with Clari's Cakes, LLC. Ingredients are specific to the flavor of cake being created but include: Milk, Eggs, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Sour Cream, Canola Oil, Coconut Oil, Ground Flax Seeds, Vanilla Extract, Enriched Flour Bleached (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Sugar, Corn Syrup, Leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate). Modified Corn Starch, Corn Starch, Palm Oil, Propylene Glycol Mono and Diesters, Salt, Distilled Monoglycerides, Dicalcium Phosphate, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Xanthan Gum, Cellulose Gum, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Yellows 5&6, Red 40.



Ingredients are specific to the flavor of buttercream and/or icing used but include: Eggs, Milk, Cocoa Powder, Butter, Sugar, Water, Crisco, Powder Sugar, Natural and Artificial Flavor.

Additional items may be used to create your cake order. These items include, but are not limited to: fondant, gumpaste, isomalt, icing sheets, wafer paper, icing gel colors, sprinkles, edible airbrush, candy (drip), almond bark, tylose, edible glues, piping gel. 

Non-edible materials for cake messaging and cake toppers include: construction paper, card stock, acrylic, plastic.
